We are a beacon of light, love and hope for the world, in that we can face the unvarnished truth about ourselves, allowing us to see the truth in ourselves and others.
our core values
Our commitment to our Why of "awakening and transforming" is fueled by living our Core Values. Our Core Values are more than traditional values, because for us - it's what we stand for.
Over the years we've paid attention to what really matters as we work internally together and as we serve together with clients. Here's what we've noticed we stand for - our Core Values: (1) doing our own work, (2) following Guidance, (3) gently walking in Mystery and (4) holding space for yourself and others to engage our Core Values.
These Core Values is our essence and can be more fully expressed as follows:
We bring to our clients our
vulnerability with our thoughts and feelings,
transparency about our intentions,
curiosity about others and their current reality, and
unvarnished truth-telling, clothed in caring & candor, about what is happening in our experience of every moment, everywhere.
Doing your own work
DOING YOUR OWN WORK
We are not gurus or coaches. We are "works-in-process" and so first and foremost we are doing awakening and transformation work for ourselves. We attract clients that, like us, want to do this work for themselves.
Following Guidance is our phrase to try and describe our Inner Intuition, Divine nudging or following the leading of our Soul or Spirit.
GENTLY walking in mystery
GENTLY WALKING IN MYSTERY
We are becoming more and more comfortable with not having to "know." Our brains can be our best of allies and, at the same time, a most limiting advisor. Our normal rational minds see only the past and we end up projecting these thoughts and images into our world. Our rational minds and human experiences crave "knowing" and certainty and avoids or becomes fearful when we "don't know" or are not certain about something. Transformation occurs within uncertainty and not knowing...therefore we must become more and more comfortable with walking in mystery.
HOLDING SPACE FOR OURSELVES AND OTHERS TO ENGAGE THESE CORE VALUES
Holding space is a mysterious capacity to live in the power of the moment and the unseen. Holding space can be a learn meta-skill where we discover that our greatest value lies in honoring a powerful intention versus rushing to force or make something happen. Holding space for ourselves and others to engage our core values means we are interested in "making" our core values appear or "forcing" others to behave in a particular way. Holding space unifies us around being and living our core values in a space of safety, honesty and intentionality.
"The main idea behind this work is that leadership cannot be identified as being located with one sole individual in the achievement of a task." Bathurst and Lankin
