I Am Program Details:

The program lasts 8 - 10 weeks.

We will begin with an in-person full
day ​kick-off session.*

Following the kick-off, you'll attend at least seven 2-hour on-line weekly sessions.
(depending on the session you select to attend the weekly sessions may be in-person)

After each session there are exercises given to help everyone go deeper.

A community sharing app to help us all stay connected along the way.

* If you attend a session that is 100% on-line, the full day kick off session will be conducted on-line ​and may be divided into 2 or 3 separate sessions)

By the end of the I Am Program you will have:

Developed a capacity to identify and clear the lies and stories
you regularly
​tell yourself.

A narrative of your Highest Self.

Co-created a series of exercises designed to cultivate your emerging capacity to live your Highest Self.


Developed a capacity to distinguish your personality or shadow-driven self from your
​Highest Self.

Developed deeper connected relationships with other fellow searchers dedicated to discovering and living a purposeful life.
