The process to complete a Company Life Plan is the primary ingredient in catalyzing transformation.

Overview
A Company Life Plan is a collective effort to capture the true essence and nature of an entity.

When looked at holistically organizations are organisms and have a distinct life and essence. Like individuals, companies are complex and have multiple relationships and interactions with many different stakeholders.

Mazzi assumes organizations will bring to their Company Life Plan co-creation experience an existing mission and vision statement.  

Our collective work is to help the company remember and express a healthy and holistic relationship with it vision, why (your noble cause), itself and its key stakeholders.


The focus is to use this work to bring individuals and teams together in ways that creates a more energized, engaged and powerful company.


The Process - Step 1

Clearing

Using C-IQ's rituals (including the Rules of Engagement framework) we will create and hold a space for a cross section of team members and leaders to begin the remembering and discovery process.  During this process we'll remind ourselves what is important to
remember as well as identifying and removing any barriers that could block an individual or team's discovery process.  The clearing process and it's associated conversation rituals will be used every time the team meets together to discover and co-create its organizational life plan.
THE PROCESS - STEP 2

Framing

​This begins the visual process of identifying important symbols and artistic expressions of the organization's identity and what its essence would look like and feel.  This isn't a brand or logo creating experience,  but a 
co-creation process to help individuals and teams connect with the essence and holistic aspect of the company through visual art.
THE PROCESS - STEP 3

Articulating

This aspect of the process is identifying the 6 - 9 key elements important to the holistic health of the organization.   The company's relationship with the following areas is expressed in concise and inspirational phrases and sentences (between 1 - 3
for each area): (a) your noble cause (why) and values, (b) leadership and power, (c) team members, (d) prospects or those you'd like to be in a business relationship with  (e) clients or consumers, (f) vendors, suppliers, or partners and (g) measures of success (e.g., money / financial performance).  

​These sentences are devoted to each area and express both the intellectual and heart-brain relationship with each key stakeholder.
THE PROCESS - STEP 4

Expressing
This final step in the process is designed to help take the work and expand it throughout the entire company.

The work in the previous steps will more than likely be completed with a subset within an organization.  This step in the process is built on the capacity and work developed during this process to transform the
entire company's relationship with itself, its clients, its suppliers, and its marketplace.  This aspect of the process is to both use the co-created deliverables as well as continually co-create a new more holistic organizational deliverable.  The focus is to use this process to bring individuals and teams together in ways that create a more energized, engaged and powerful company.
